Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through literature review, case studies, and expert interviews from multiple countries practicing Shariah law. The findings reveal key challenges, including legal pluralism, adaptation to modern finance and technology, and gender-related interpretations, while innovations such as digital fatwas, Islamic fintech regulation, and hybrid legal frameworks demonstrate the dynamic evolution of Shariah law.
