School-Based Management (SBM) is a decentralized educational approach that provides schools with broad autonomy in resource management, decision-making processes, and performance accountability. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SBM in improving the quality of educational services by examining its fundamental concepts, key components, implementation strategies, and the various challenges faced by educational institutions. Based on the literature review, SBM has been shown to contribute to improved management efficiency, increased community participation, enhanced teacher performance, and strengthened service quality for students. The successful implementation of SBM is strongly influenced by school leadership capacity, active stakeholder involvement, and adequate policy and resource support, enabling schools to deliver more responsive, effective, and high-quality educational services
