Analysis Of Coconut Production In Tanjung Jabung Barat

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze coconut production in West Tanjung Jabung. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through field research from coconut farmers in West Tanjung Jabung as samples. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling 64 farmers. Data were analyzed using descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data processing using Eviews version 8.1 yielded multiple linear regression to calculate the factors influencing coconut production in West Tanjung Jabung. These variables were influenced by management costs (0.355993), land area (0.116865), indicating that management costs and land area have a positive and significant effect on coconut production. Meanwhile, labor (-0.016406), indicating that labor has a negative and insignificant effect on coconut production in West Tanjung Jabung.
