This study explores emerging trends in Shariah law and governance, emphasizing the advancement of justice and ethical principles in contemporary Muslim societies. As Shariah interacts with modern legal frameworks, globalization, technological innovations, and evolving social norms, it faces both challenges and opportunities for reform. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through literature review, comparative case studies, and semi-structured interviews with scholars, legal practitioners, and policymakers. Findings indicate that hybrid legal frameworks, progressive jurisprudence, digital governance platforms, and institutional innovations play a critical role in enhancing the relevance, efficiency, and ethical compliance of Shariah law. The study underscores that maintaining the balance between foundational principles and modern governance demands collaborative engagement, adaptive jurisprudence, and context-sensitive institutional strategies. These emerging trends highlight Shariah’s capacity to guide justice, ethics, and governance in a complex globalized environment
